Tepexa

Terms, refunds and privacy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

The service

Tepexa Reels Autopilot is an online software subscription. Our platform produces short videos (“reels”) for your business with AI tools, publishes them on a schedule to the social networks you connect, builds lead pages on some plans, and shows your results in a web dashboard. What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page at the moment you subscribe.

Payment and renewal

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Plans are billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly, in advance; applicable taxes are added at checkout depending on your country. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We never see or store your card details.

Refunds, pause and cancellation

• If the first month is not right for you, write to us or to Paddle within 14 days of your first payment and the first payment is refunded in full.
• You can pause for one month or cancel at any time in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you are not charged again.
• Later payments are not refunded for the current period, except where consumer law gives you that right.

Your approval and your accounts

You connect your social networks yourself through a secure link and can revoke access at any time in each network’s settings. On TikTok and YouTube nothing is published without your approval. On Instagram and Facebook you choose whether weekly plans publish after 48 hours if you do nothing. You confirm that you have the right to the photos, videos, logos and other materials you give us or let us take from your website and profiles.

Ownership of the content

Reels, scripts and the brand character made for you belong to you, including after you cancel. We may show anonymised results in our own statistics; we show your content or name as a case study only with your written permission.

Results and AI

We do not guarantee a number of views, leads or sales: platforms decide what they show. We guarantee the agreed volume, quality checks and an honest weekly report. Scripts and voice-overs are made with the help of AI and reviewed by our production process. We add AI labels where a platform requires them and we never fake reviews, testimonials or people.

Privacy

We collect what we need to run the service: your name, email and phone; links to your business pages; access to the social networks you connect; and statistics of your posts and pages. We use it only to make, publish and measure your content and to talk to you about your account. Service providers that process data on our behalf include our payment reseller (Paddle.com), our email provider (Brevo), hosting (Vercel) and social-media publishing tools. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete it at mail@prisra.com.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protections of your local consumer law. Write to us first and we answer within 2 business days.
